Home Amenities Pricing:
– 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
*25$ non-refundable trip fee if guest asks for pool heat day of arrival or throughout their stay*
– Pool heat is available between October and April for an additional fee of $50 per day plus tax.
– The grill is included with the home however, we do not guarantee propane level. Propane tank is guest’s responsibility.

Renters will need to sign our rental agreement in addition to paying a $65.00 non-refundable payment for incidentals authorization and damage waiver along with a copy of I.D is required prior to checkin.

Windsor Island requires guest’s to be registered in order to enter and use the amenities. Prior to arrival the primary renter will receive registration questions that must be answered in order to register guest’s.

Please note that if you have any additional guests or visitors that were not listed and are added during arrival, there may be an additional $25.00 per name.
