Upcoming Stay Information

Arrivals & Departures

Checkin begins at 5:00PM and Checkout is before 10:00AM the day of your departure. Early Checkin, and Late Checkout may be available to purchase within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival/departure. 


Home Access

2 days prior to arrival you will receive the properties physical address, the digital code for your reservation to use at the front door, and the internet information. 

 

Community Registration & Entrance

Some properties require all guest, and/or guest vehicles to be registered in order to gain access to the community.  If this is required for your reservation our concierge team will reach out shortly after your booking is confirmed to help coordinate the registration. 

 

Concierge

We’re excited you’re visiting! Our concierge teams are local, with a great knowledge of the area. Please don’t hesitate to ask about local tips, area information, popular restaurants etc!

 

Linens & Towels

You and your guest will arrive to completely made up beds with a towel kit (1 Bath Towel / 1 Hand Towel / 1 Wash Cloth) on the bed for each occupant based on the properties maximum occupancy. The maximum occupancy is posted on the properties listing page. Though we’re unable to provide linens and towels above the maximum occupancy, all of our homes are equipped with a washer and dryer. 

 

Supplies

Each of our homes are equipped with a starter pack of the essentials including:

 

  •   1 roll of paper towels
  •  1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom
  •  1 dish sponge
  • 3 trash bags
  • 1 hand soap per bathroom
  • 1 bottle liquid dish soap
  • 3-5  dishwasher pods
  • 1 broom & dustpan
 

Pool & Spa

For our properties equipped with a private pool and/or spa please be advised there is no lifeguard on duty.  All minors must be supervised, and swim at your own risk. Pool & spas can be heated for $50/day year round. 

 

Incidentals & Damage Waiver

The primary renter must provide a valid credit/debit card in their name to be authorized prior to arrival. This card will be used to cover the non-refundable damage waiver in addition to any incidental, or other costs associated with the reservation if needed.

 

Maintenance

Our inspections and maintenance teams strive to ensure everything is in working order prior to your arrival. Unfortunately things can break or fail during your stay that are out of our control. Please reach out to our concierge team if you experience something not working. We can typically respond to moist maintenance issues with the hour. 

 

Rental Agreement

The primary renter must sign a digital rental agreement prior to receiving the arrival instructions, and home access details. The rental agreement can be viewed prior to booking either the terms and conditions, or property addition rules section.  We additionally require a copy of a valid government issued ID for the primary renter.
